Macchiatto er italiensk for “plettet”, og grunden til dette er, at man praktisk talt “pletter” kaffen med en smule mælkeskum. Skummet har den effekt, at det holder på varmen og kaffens aroma. En macchiato har den egenskab, at mælkeskummet og espressoens smag rammer din gane mere separat end andre kaffedrikke med mælk.

Suitable for Hospitality Requirements
Porcelain matte finish (Bisquit Porcelain)…Our matte porcelain is fired up to 1320ºC, unglazed, in its pure tate with great properties of hardness. Food stains will be always superficial, as it is a vitrified material, they will be easily removed before the dishwasher rubbing with soap and green scourer (e.g. Scotch Brite).
We suggest to immerse the pieces from time to time in water with a normal whitening powder to keep the white and brightness of the porcelain. This high strong porcelain, very difficult to be chipped, is a really long lasting material: professional dishwasher, microwave and oven safe.
Care for gold and silver finish, Jomon collection…Professional dishwasher safe, but not suitable for microwave or oven. We recommend to place a separator between items when stacked. Silver and gold finishes can be damaged by the external matte porcelain of the stacked piece.
